What is Criminal Mischief?
Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (P.L. 145.00) is when a person (1)
intentionally damages property (2) intentionally participates in the destruction
of an abandoned building, (3) recklessly damages property, or (4) interferes
with certain emergency communications. Criminal Mischief is a class A
misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in jail.
