Fees
The fee for legal services depends greatly on the facts and circumstances
surrounding your case. Our office charges competitive flat fees so you
will not face extra charges for court appearances, phone calls, legal
research, or for any other task performed on your case. All fee agreements
are in writing, so you won't have to worry about hidden or unexpected
charges. Following the initial consultation, we can quote a specific fee
for your case.

Some facts about our fees
Ask yourself this question. Who is my lawyer working for? To answer this
question, ask yourself this question - who is paying my lawyer? Lawyers,
like other professionals, are paid by someone. Your doctor may treat you
but your insurance company may pay your doctor. Does your doctor make
decisions in your interests or in the interest of your insurance company?
Hiring and paying a professional, whether a lawyer, accountant, architect,
or other professional, is an opportunity to get help from someone who
has your interests at heart.
When it comes to our fees, no two cases are alike and so we will need to
set up a case evaluation to go over the facts and circumstances of your
case and so that we can discuss what your needs are. From there, we will
go over pricing options and discuss any applicable payment arrangements.
The focus of our defense efforts are to fight for a dismissal where possible
and otherwise seek the best possible outcome of your case.
Because Mr. Fletcher focuses on Desk Appearance Ticket defense, he has
relevant expertise and experience that other lawyers may not. For example,
while a lawyer who handles family cases, personal injury, and DWI cases
might spend some of his time on criminal issues, Mr. Fletcher focuses
on criminal law meaning that he has probably has more relevant experience
that directly relates to the legal issues in your case and that will affect
your outcome.
If you've received a desk appearance ticket in Manhattan, Brooklyn,
Queens, the Bronx, or State Island, please contact us before your court
date if possible. If your first court date has already happened but your
case is still open, it's not too late.

knowledge to work for you by
